"I didn’t think I would like this place since it is older (as am I) and has no elevator. HOWEVER I just had to call or see the front desk and a very friendly employee would take me on the service elevator. The clientele were decent. There are two restaurants there with great food and service. I liked the cleanliness overall, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"I am super pleased with the property and our stay, been here many times and i just love the stay overall. But sometimes there's loud stopping on the rooms above us, and i understand that with kids can be impossible but sounds like if they are dancing and lots running. This is after 11pm. "

"The check-in was easy and the person I had was friendly and fast. However, my window was broken and I didn't realize this until right before bedtime. It was a huge window that someone could just step right into the room. There was only one person at the front desk and she came as quickly as she could. Then came back with a wooden rod. Then again with a piece of wood to wedge the window shut. It had obvious damage (looks like someone pried it open) so I don't know why the hotel wasn't aware of...

"Everything was great, room was very cleanliness. I very like it but at every night I stayed, I don’t know why hotel let the strangers man stay at lobby and he make noisy and in the morning I saw at the place last night this men stay was very messy, a lot of trash and a lot of empty bottle. My mom was scared about him and she couldn’t sleep by his noise. This guy look like homeless. So I think the hotel need pay attention to the security and keep safe for their customer. Don’t let the stranger...
