"Roo. Was nice and clean. Great breakfast in the morning. Loved the machine in the lobby for different coffee choices or hot chocolate. Staff was nice but had to wait quite a bit for someone to come out to check us in. Other than that the stay was great. Would stay again. Area surrounding the hotel seemed as though it could be a little sketchy. "

"Easy check-in, clean room and great price. Disappointed that the hotel does provide a fridge, microwave, hangers or shampoo/conditioner. And the sink stopper was broken and stuck in a nearly closed position, making the water drain very slowly."

"Nice clean rooms and facility, bed was hard, but otherwise the room was nice. Breakfast was very nice. A lot of variety. "

"Room was clean, breakfast was better than most hotel hot buffets. Main lobby door locks at night and you need a room key to get in plus elevator needs room key. One elevator was not working so had some slight waits. Bathroom: I liked the small shelf above the sink but there were no hooks for hand towels. Overall it was a great place for a few nights while on business. "

"Breafast was amazing. Perfect place to stay while we had a water main issue at the house made it a mini staycation. Very clean staff was super friendly. "

"Only issue I had, and told the desk, was water temp was lukewarm and never got warmer. The overnight desk clerk asked me if I was a smoker, told no, he adked me if I was sure. I said yes, I'm sure and he still took a $50 hold on my card. It is still not refunded"

From the front desk staff to the kitchen staff, even to the call center reservation representative, they all provided such exceptional service. It was a pleasure staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Columbia South Ft. Meade Area, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The night clerk was very rude. There was no continental breakfast like advertised. Instead they had yogurt cups that were inaccessible because they were behind the check-in desk. Their was also homeless hanging out in the lobby."
