"La estadía fue buena ya que la habitación estaba limpia, igual siempre llegábamos era prácticamente a dormir pero fue bueno llegar y encontrar un lugar bien con personal amable. No es la primera vez que me quedo aquí por comodidad y económia y porque el lugar está central de todo tipo de transporte para ir donde uno quiere, por estar ubicado en una zona de centro es un poco solo de noche pero nunca nadie se metió con nosotros. "

"Rente 2 habitaciones y nos gustó mucho el lugar! Está frente al muelle para salir a diferentes playas, nosotros nos fuimos hasta Cabo San Juan! Lugar muy bello. Tiene restaurants caminando, los taxis muy cerca para trasladarse a Santa Marta o aeropuerto. Sin duda lo recomiendo al 100! Mil gracias al Viña del Mar staff!"

"El hotel ofreció habitaciones e hizo sobre venta de las mismas al llegar al hotel nadie daba razón de la habitación ni del dinero, y me decían q no tenían convenio con la página web en donde reserve, me contacté con soporte al portal web donde realicé la reserva y ellos me reubicaron en otro hotel de mejor categoría son costo adicional! "Great stay at Masaya! Clean, good price, good location, nice and filling breakfast, and the room was fine. Would have liked drawers or a small wardrobe. Also, there were no windows in the room (small one in the bathroom). Noise not too bad - could hear our neighbours when using the shower. The live music and DJs were great, though regular music during dinner was too loud. We'd have liked more activities to get to know people, but not sure if we just missed these.
