"Excellent choice. Without a doubt my first option when I visit Santa Marta again. The property is really good, the apartments are in great condition with beautiful views. You cant compare a regular room vs having your own balcony with ocean views. That said, the best part is the personnel. The team really go above and beyond to serve you and the communication is almost immediate, that really makes a difference. Also, they are really flexible looking to accommodate all your requests (resonable requests). The hotel shares the 4th floor with the AC Marriott, therefore you have all the ammenities needed. Truly an amazing experience from beggining to end."

"My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights, we had a great time in Tyrona National Park. It was great coming back after a long hiking day to a friendly hotel concierge, as well the hostess at the restaurant was kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Amazing rooftop pool and bar. Beautiful view of the mountains. Although the pool didn’t open until 9am there was a lovely area to bask in the sun before that time. Paula at reception was excellent. Very helpful and her English was great. Short walk to 19th street where all the restaurants are. The hotel is in excellent condition and I would love to stay here again."

"We only stayed for 2 nights but it was amazing. I contacted them prior to my trip to ask if they could do anything for my boyfriend's birthday and they made a beautiful bouquet arrangement for him and offered to get a cake and other things too. They were very kind to do that for him. The staff were friendly and were understanding when we checked in so late. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. The food was pretty good and the location was great being only a 12 minute walk from Tayrona park. Overall a great experience and I would stay again!"
