For stays like this, where I am by myself and don't need to look after a spouse or kids, I *really* appreciate the ability to get a room for such a reasonable rate. Location is great if you want to explore Old Hangtown, Apple Hill, Gold Bug Mine, or about an hour drive to south Lake Tahoe area. Service was prompt and friendly. The room had a fridge that worked great (practically brand new), and a microwave which I never plugged in but...

"The house was adorable and decorated with a farmhouse look. The pool was amazing, clean, with a large deck and plenty of patio furniture. The property had decorative lights and two optional bunk houses for overflow guests. It was a very nice property and appeared clean/tidy. The cons: 1 dish towel, no potholders, no broom/vacuum, no can opener, no propane in the fire pits (which was resolved after calling the property manager), AC kept the house cool but was in need of repair as it was loud...

"House is beautiful, woodsy area, quiet and peaceful.Eight adults and two kids. There was plenty of room. Well stocked with kid stuff (dishes etc). Thereā€™s a great outdoor area, I wish weā€™d had more time to enjoy. The home is comfortable and no one complained about their bed. Score! The game room has tons of games, itā€™s own heater/ac and foosball table, ping pong table. No reason to be bored!! Definitely a great choice for anyone looking to get away!! "

"This was a little piece of heaven. We were in the area for a family members wedding. The house acted as a meeting spot for family to tuch basis and plan. It was nice and quiet, with beautifully lit pathways and ample outside areas to relax. The decorations in the home were done with care for detail. I highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing weekend getaway, or vacation rental. It won't disappoint. šŸ‘šŸ˜Š"

"Booked the entire place for 7 friends for a long weekend. From the start Corby was very communicative and helpful. The actual Inn was better than expected. It's not much from the outside but inside it's pretty impressive. You can tell it was recently renovated with a lot of care. Every summer for the past 7 years close to our Anniversary, Lynn and I stay an extended weekend in the Placerville, California area located in the Sierra foothills. This year we stayed in the nearby Apple Hill. Apple Hill is renowned for its orchards, wineries, and farms. Although each farm has something different to offer, we enjoy the apple donuts and pies. Apple wines and beer are also available for tasting. This photo is on the farm we stayed this weekend. The farm grows Christmas Trees and has a wedding venue at this pond.
