"The property is very new and so it was pristine. The room was really great and the location is really convenient from I-70. The only caveat is that the front desk is only staffed from 9am-9pm. If you arrive outside of the time, you will need to call someone down to the desk. This will take a few minutes, so be prepared. Like a lot of properties these days, this one features EV car charging. I'm glad to say that this is a solid offering here. There are four stations operated by the Loop network."

"We travel to Indy several times a year. We stay here every time now. The staff treats us like family. Every time we arrive Mohammed in housekeeping always greets us with a “ welcome home.” It’s a wonderful no frills hotel run by great people. "
