When I called hotels.com and quality ins help line they both assured me it was open. We arrived to hotel to find the windows bored up and chains on the door. "

We turned when WAZE said turn and ended up in the business in front of the hotel and had to get back on the street and go 1/2 block to correct driveway. The desk clerk was very friendly, efficient and helpful."
