Thankful for VRBO call center staff!

"Owner/property manager never sent code to get into the home. I tried for over 5 hours to check in. She answered the phone once and told me she would call me right back. After that, she avoided/ignored my calls and texts until very late in the night. I ended up having to call VRBO and who also called multiple times without an answer. They finally refunded my money so I could check into a hotel instead. The next day, the property manager finally text me a code but it was too late. Don’t waste your time trying to stay here. They are unreliable! "

"The home was beautiful, but there were LOTS of small issues. Only one of the 5 bedrooms had a TV. There was no cable or streaming services provided. The TV in the den area did not work properly. The owner stated that someo e before has broken the remote control. We could not control the volume of the TV without it getting stuck. the the v"

"This was a great property that fit all our needs. The rooms were great and property have good amenities. Pool looked inviting, too bad it was way too cold out for us to use it. The host was very accommodating and had quick communication. We were very happy and comfortable during our stay. "
