"Basic hotel, with clean rooms and basic decoration. Good enough for the price. It Could be improved and updated with features such as personal control of a/c. Breakfast was modified due to Covid-19, so I chose not to eat there. Probably a good option otherwise"

"Le foto della stanza che avevamo visto dal sito non erano le stesse. Ci hanno dato una camera al piano - 1, poco illuminato, con le pareti piene di umidità ed il lavandino guasto. Purtroppo, al momento della prenotazione, non ci eravamo accorti che la stanza avesse il bagno in comune con altre persone, le quali fumavano tranquillamente ovunque. Abbiamo richiesto una nuova sistemazione (pagandola a parte perché aveva il bagno in camera) ma il giorno dopo abbiamo lasciato la struttura perdendo 1...

"We had a wonderful stay at Complutum Hostel! So artsy and cool just like in the photos. Its in steps away from historic sites and literally across the street from a gorgeous old spanish court adorned with lush gardens. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The cafe serves delicious food. The a la carte breakfast at the cafe was wonderful! Fresh squeezed orange juice, quiche and baked goods. YES they squeezed the juice right in front of us! Cool little gathering room filled with tables...

"Hinta edullinen, mutta vierailua haittasi omistajapariskunnan englannin kielen taitamattomuus. Kaikessa yritettiin säästää ( 1 kahvikupillinen,1 mehukupillinen, kuiva leipä oli aamupala). ei rahallakaan onnistunut parantamaan ( eivät halunneet ymmärtää). Ruoka ja juomat laatuun nähden kalliita. Liinavaatteita ei vaihdettu koko viikon aikana.Siivous ontui pahasti. Omistajat olivat kyllä kohteliaita mutta asiakaspalvelu-ajatus ontui pahasti."
