"Basic but spotlessly clean. Good for a short stay where all I needed was bed and breakfast. My only complaint was that I was not warned that parking was restricted (on Saturdays as well as weekdays) and I got a ticket. Not really their fault, but maybe something to note."

"Very good parking facilities. Make sure you tell them your registration number, so they can register it. Staff were lovely. Very short walk to the town. It’s a slightly different type of hotel room. It has a sink/microwave/fridge in the room. I think they might cater for people who travel for work. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a decent size. Problem with no hot water this morning. Bearing in mind the parking and proximity to the town, we would definitely use the hotel again. "

"We visit Norfolk every New Year, and this was our first time staying in this building. The building itself is stunning and I had high hopes that our stay would be brilliant. I received clear communication in the run up to booking, but different checking in and out times to those on hotels.com!?!
