"A casual hotel without much facilities or items in hotel room. For a traveller myself that spent more time outside, I wouldn't require even a fridge in the hotel room and hence it is the most cost savvy room for travellers like myself."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. There's a laundry area that costs around 17-19 ringgit overall (wash dry cost of detergent) to use, and you can buy the detergent from the hotel. When I got to the room it was extremely damp, but turning the AC to dry helped this. The room was overall clean, but under the bed and above the hanging space is rarely cleaned. "I have to wait for half an hour for the 50 ringgit deposit receipt. It seems that the counter man not willing to issue receipt. I was given a room with no window like a prison cell. The hotel room tag n blanket still with the name Princetan. Apart from these 3 issues, the hotel is generally well maintained."
