"Great off the beaten path location for exploring the Sol de Mayo Waterfall and the surrounding Sierra de la Laguna mountain range near the small town of Santiago. We really enjoyed the hike to the waterfall and exploring the Cañon de la Zorra (Fox Canyon) above the falls. The accommodations weren't fancy, but we did enjoy the peace and tranquility of the desert landscape and the beautiful oasis tucked away amid the arid canyon. "We had a very nice stay at Casa Patricia. Really enjoyed that it was far enough away from the hub-bub of Los Barriles but close enough to get to in a matter of minutes (as long as you have some transportation). The Casa was very clean and had all the amenities (kitchen tools and appliances, bathroom, bedding, etc,.) that we needed! I would stay there again!"

"Phenomenal property like visiting a museum with all of the world travel items throughout the home! Very clean, well stocked. The kitchen is amazing and many items for cooking meals in the home. Trish, the property manger was very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. We had a great time, the home is in great location with a stunning view! We saw whales and rays from the upper porch area. We look forward to coming back soon!!"
