"I like the room size but the heating system was difficult to get a comfortable room temperature. I think the thermostat was not reading properly but overall this was a minor issue The staff was great, very friendly."

"Not a lot of parking available. The hotel is mainly for guests who park their car and get a shuttle to the airport. Our room (241) was right next to some kind of maintenance closet that emitted a humming noise constantly and became very annoying The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. When we asked for an extra blanket it was delivered within 5 minutes and the employee asked if everything was ok in the room. Hotel was very clean"

"The staff was extremely nice, caring and helpful. They wanted to accommodate my son and me as much as possible. I asked if my son can practice his violin since he was playing an audition at Eastman, and they put him in a separate room making sure that he is comfortable in there. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety."

"The the furniture was very comfortable. The beds especially. There were some hairs on the bed, which made me wonder if the sheets were changed, but the rest of the room was very clean. The only discomfort I had during my stay was the parking lot had not been plowed at all and there were several inches of snow we had to wade/drive through. It was very slick."
