"This is the second time I stayed here. The best thing about this place is the location being just a 5 minute drive to Cornell University. The breakfast was good , and had a number of choices. The price was always right here. Cheap , not fancy , motel type . Had a mini fridge and microwave in the room. My only complaint about this place is, the outside doors that lead into hotel are not card locked. So anyone off the street can walk into the corridors at any anytime. Which raises security...

"Our only complaint is the fact that the parking lot was covered in ice & snow. It was dangerous to walk on. Maybe some sand or grit for traction? Other than that, we LOVED this property. They even put us in a room right by the entrance as were are mobility-impaired. It was quiet. Really comfortable room & bed. Lots of hot water. Appliances (fridge & microwave) were clean & worked beautifully. We will stay again in the future! Minimalist is the way to go! "

"Pleasantly surprised, as this is an older property that’s being updated. Woman at front desk was welcoming. Room was very clean, but heat was turned too low before I arrived, and took a bit to warm up. Hallway, while clean, did have a bit of a bleach scent to them…. But, not a major negative, as it shows the staff cares and is trying. Indoor pool area looked inviting, but I did not use it.
