"Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of food available. This would be an easy 5-star review if not for the pillows, which made sleep uncomfortable. If you're not a fan of memory foam pillows (which go flat when you lie on them), I suggest you bring your own. As I fought with my pillows in the night trying to stack them in different arrangements to get the proper height, I seriously considered just stuffing a pillow case with clothes from my suitcase....

"the hotel was wonderful. I was however disappointed that I paid in advance and then was asked to pay for the room when I arrived. The Hotel kindly referred me to Hotels.com to resolve. The agent was difficult to understand with a lot of background noise and 7 days later it has not been resolved. This made a fun trip disappointing."
