"The staff washing the towels was very rude. There were several people in the pool, and no towels. He didn't want to give any out. Although there were Several in the towel room on a rack. Finally the desk girl was able to get us towels. Shower water was extremly loud and annoying from all rooms in the vicinicy. Other than this, it was a very nice stay."
