"The check in was very odd. There was no notification in the reservation that we had to go to a business office to pick up keys. The address provided was for the actual unit and the business office was several blocks away. It was not in the resort neighborhood that contained the condo. The condo was nice but it had snowed and no one attempted to clean off the front walk and stairs, that were very slippery. Also, there were two vehicles parked in from of the garage, making it difficult to park in...

"We came to Crosslake for the Winterfest. Nicest hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Very clean. Adequate breakfast. Easy checkin and check out. Clean pool and hot tub area. All equipment worked. Highly recommend. Liked the north woods theme."

With four bedrooms available, everyone enjoyed their own private space, while the kids comfortably stayed in the much larger than expected bunkhouse. "Great mini get away for the weekend with a nice lake front view. Bon fire was a wonderful touch at night. Only thing that left us a bit disappointed was that on the listing it showed a hot tub but when we arrived, it was a sauna instead. Overall, a really nice private location. "
