"The location was perfect and the scenery was beautiful. The cabin was cozy and warm which was great for reading and quality family time. We really wanted to enjoy the hot tub amenities, but unfortunately it had to many chemicals in it, because when we put the jets on we could not breath. "Very poor stay. Hot tub that was on the deck was unusable as it and the deck were buried in snow. The bathroom shower had a spider problem. Fireplace smelled terribly of gas when we tried to use it. Only one TV worked for just a couple of channels. Guest bedroom had bunkbeds but the squeeked so badly the kids slept in our rooms. Overall smell of mildew... Other than that, refrigerator and microwave worked."

"The check in was very odd. There was no notification in the reservation that we had to go to a business office to pick up keys. The address provided was for the actual unit and the business office was several blocks away. It was not in the resort neighborhood that contained the condo. The condo was nice but it had snowed and no one attempted to clean off the front walk and stairs, that were very slippery.
