"The check in was very odd. There was no notification in the reservation that we had to go to a business office to pick up keys. The address provided was for the actual unit and the business office was several blocks away. It was not in the resort neighborhood that contained the condo. The condo was nice but it had snowed and no one attempted to clean off the front walk and stairs, that were very slippery. "This rental suited our needs very well. My siblings and myself needed a comfortable and spacious area to finish going through our parents' photos and papers (they have passed). This was perfect, quiet, and had enough room for us. There were a few glitches, a wall heater didn't work, the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors kept going off the entire time (even when trying to sleep).
