"What a pleasant surprise. The Inn was clean, quite & comfortable. I arrived quite late but, Thank you, Tina for being so friendly and welcoming when I checked in. Because of you and your service this will def be most "Stopover Choice" in the future."

"Had a lovely meal in the pub and the staff were super helpful and kind. Our booking seemed to have come through very late so the room and especially the bathroom were quite cold when we arrived. But the room had warmed up after we’d had dinner. Did a great and varied walk up along the tops then down into Great Malvern and back along bridleways so it was really well located for that. Dog friendly too."

"Comfortable bed and nice linens and fluffy new towels. Good tea and coffee sachets plus toiletries. Room was a little too warm but not a huge problem."

"Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. "
