"Very affordable considering it has a lot of facilities that far more expensive properties would have (e.g swimming pool, buffet breakfast, etc). Some I am sure are critical of the fact that some surfaces might need a second coat of paint or tiles to be modernised around the pool, but we won’t be. As a family we couldn’t ask for more, we had a quiet, ground floor room with comfortable beds, access to the leisure centre and free breakfast and meals for the children during our stay. There are even board games to play in the lounge and child friendly options and colouring packs at breakfast time. Staff were always courteous and friendly and clearly work hard as we found the same people waiting on or attending to us over the three days that we stayed! The hotel is really well located for close drives to Warwick, Stratford and West Midland Safari Park so for us as a family, it achieved everything we wanted it to be. "

"Very well situated hotel in the heart of Malvern. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We opted for one of the cheaper rooms and so did not have a view, but the room itself was absolutely fine and was good value. We have found that more and more hotels are charging for parking, so the free parking here was very welcome."

"Everything was to a very high standard the only downside is that in a twin room for the right hand side bed there is no electricity socket or charging point, both are on the left side only which is very inconvenient "

"Started overnight for couple's spa break. Pool/spa facilities are great. Rooms are clean and comfortable with decent amenities, though the TV was old and out dated, hard to navigate channels and didn't have any streaming apps. Restaurant food was great, only slight issue was speed of service. Started arriving before drinks and when we asked for our wine a second time just told "the bar is busy" no apology or even confirming it would be checked on. "
