"All staff are great!...organized, friendly and professional. Our room, bathroom and linens were clean. On a Friday evening, we ate at The Tavern. Our salads and chicken chili were fresh and delicious...food and drinks were reasonably priced. The weekend buffet offers a wide variety of hot items and is constantly refreshed by staff. The facility has the feel of a lodge and there are several spacious common areas which offer a place for guests to relax outside of their hotel rooms. This includes a casual dining room, comfy room with several sofas, a television, fireplace and piano and a game room in the basement. While we did not use the pool, sauna or fitness center, we did check it out while it was open and the guests who had just finished up and were leaving said it was excellent. I would definitely book at this location again."

The bartender is super sweet, the clientele at the bar are pleasant. they always have the fire going at night, and you can strike up a conversation with just about anyone. "We stayed only one night, though, eager to return! Madbush Falls totally impressed us … rooms are hip, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped especially unique was the in-room beverage station (pour over coffee was awesome). The restaurant was hopping upon arrival and as soon as the GM knew we were guests he made sure we got a table. Menu was creative and absolutely delicious. Wishing we could have stayed for Sunday Brunch & Bluegrass music, and we will absolutely take advantage of a plunge in the falls next time. Sounds like the property is seeking to expand their offerings, which are already exceptional and satisfyingly eclectic. This is an authentic upscale base camp for biking, hiking, leaf peeping and of course ski season. "
