"My wife and I spent three nights In this awesome cabin. There is nothing that Jeff and his family have not thought of. The cabin is incredibly cozy and accommodating. It was extremely cold during our stay but we stayed plenty warm by the fire in the cozy cabin!! Thanks Jeff for your hospitality. Your property is wonderful "

"Such a great cozy mountain cabin with a beautiful stone fireplace well stocked with plenty of dry wood and kindling- all that’s needed for the perfect après-ski setting. Add a glass of wine to the host-provided Vermont cheese and crackers and you’re set for the evening. Initially concerned that the cabin was right on Rte 100 but very quiet and peaceful. Never heard any road noise. The two loft bedrooms are comfortable and functional accessed by ladder. Not a place for those with mobility issues.Host was attentive and check-in/check out a breeze. "Such a cute, quaint space. Would love to come back in the summer to take full advantage of the area. Came in the winter time so we could not use the deck and fire pit. Definitely a great feature for extra space to eat on the deck during warmer time. Pull up coffee table inside is convenient for eating during Winter, since there is no other dining area. Winter time is great if you ski/snowboard, close to ski areas. We went into Rochester for lunch one day, and was a nice small "downtown". The home on its own was just enough for us to enjoy and have a break from reality for a weekend. 4WD /AWD and snow tires absolute must during winter -- we came during/after some snow fall and the road leading up to the property was very steep and slippery, even for our AWD Subaru with snow tires. Even day after the storm the road was still snowy/slippery and not fully plowed. Main roads were well maintained. Owner communicated with us prior to arrival as well as morning after to check if anything was needed or if we had questions. Instructions for items throughout the home were easy to understand. Hope to be back again some day."

"Love the location, property was gorgeous, hot tub amazing! Would return to this property. Only thing would be is that the futon upstairs is not comfortable or large enough to sleep on. Also wish there was more towels."

"My friend and I came to ride horses for two days at the Icelandic Horse Farm in Fayston, and we knew we wanted a comfortable place nearby for the night in between. The Chalet was in the perfect location between places to eat (we had pizza at the Blue Stone) and the stable. And it is LOVELY inside, beautifully furnished and stocked with everything you need, Highly recommend!"
