"The hotel was advertised as being part of a pub with bar and restaurant. However, the pub is permanently closed and the 6 rooms are off the car park. There’s nowhere within walking distance to get food and even to drive took a while. The rooms were okay but the place felt isolated, dark and unwelcoming."

Customers were serving themselves drinks while he was trying to sort out the mechanism on our room door. They had dining guests waiting for tables although restaurant was virtually empty. They were also operating a ‘just eat’ service, which took two others away on deliveries. No breakfast menu was provided and we were given a ‘cooked’ meat free breakfast that was...
