"Staff is somewhat pleasant. Some are espetacular, e.g. Aldana and Francisco. Other are average. And a couple of them have no hospitality skills, they are always prepared TO AVOID YOU, especially when a guest clearly needs help. Overall, do not expect a 'Four Season' resort. This is a hoStel, a good one, and above average. There are individual and shared rooms ."

"Andrea iat front desk s the best, great service, big heart for us travelers. Worst part is i ordered a private room but had to go outside in the closed courtyard down the hall to rhe bsthroom in 40 degree weather at night.
