"We picked Arlette Hotel on our way back from Zermatt as it was very close to the train station. The staff are so polite and accommodating. The room had an 80s vibe which I loved. "The shower and toilet (bathroom) were separate from the room. Both the room and bathroom had loud locks so you would disturb the other guests when going to the bathroom. The shower had no soap dish/shelf. The soap dispenser was broken, so no soap came out. The room was extremely hot and smelt of smoke. The sinks in the kitchen and bathroom were both tiny. The location is good but the accommodation is not comfortable. I would suggest paying more if you can or staying near the airport and...

"Very disappointed, being the fact that it is a Hostel and not a Hotel, I was expecting for the 5 days of accommodation to at least find it clean but it was not like that.. I only stayed 2 days because I couldn't stand more the smell was disgusting, the bed linen smelled terribly like old people.. . They didn't even offer us towels to take a bath., No WiFi we talked about getting money for the remaining days... but it seems they don't want this. Please don't make our mistake! "
