"This boutique Motel not only met our expectations but exceeded them. The room was perfect for our needs and enabled my wife and I to enjoy a short holiday away. We also would like to thank the property Managers,Mary Ann & Hosay who were super friendly and made us feel like part of the family. Thank you also for our breakfast each morning which we appreciated … this was a bonus for us. Highly recommend…loved our stay!"

"The Pub was well run, multiple areas to eat with family and friends, some areas outside, great for kids, quieter areas inside for a chat and coffee and very good meals. There was Parking for at least over 10 cars at the rear even though the web says there is not. The garbage bay out side in the lane car entry needs a good clean and hose out. All doors in the accommodation need rubber strip silencers to stop them banging / slamming closed and some had to be pulled to actually close as too many...

"Love the easy access into the building, couldn’t find a dryer in the building as it was raining when we turned up In saying that it did have everything else u needed in the room including a pot scrubber n gloves lol Staff n restaurant in the pub downstairs was nice as well "

"The only good was the convenient location. The room was terrible, black mould in multiple places throughout the bathroom, room smelt terrible likely due to the mould and my friend had difficulty breathing, heater wouldn't work so was freezing in the room after having the window open to try and air it out. Bed was hard and uncomfortable also. Have tried to contact the property to address the issues with this place twice with no responses. Not worth the risk to your health staying here"

"T who runs the place is the most helpful knowledgeable person you'll come across. Makes you feel so welcome, nothing is a problem. Great facilities, it's like a house, as in it's got all you might need. I have had a most enjoyable stay. I wish them some busyness because they deserve it. Just not when I come back to stay (from Christchurch) lol. All the best, if I'm ever in the area I'm staying here again! "
