If you are not into luxury and you are a simple person and dont really care about materials then this place is good for you. If you are not like that then this place is not for you. Is located in the main road of moshi so it easy to walk around. The price is realy good with a simple breakfast. Its a fair deal. "

"I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 2 days. We were 4 adults with 2 rooms and thwy were both beautiful!!! The hotel is so beautifully decorated and thw grounds are stunning. The staff were so friendlu and helpful. David and joanni at thw front desk were phenomenal. "They had no knowledge of my booking and had to make a couple of phone calls before they found it. There was no greeting on arrival and the reception desk was behind metal bars. There was also no airport transfer and no way of getting to the airport. I did not stay at the hotel and would recommend checking carefully any booking. "

"I arrived late in the hostel and found it fully empty. There was even anybody in the reception. Tried to call someone and no reply. Had to wait for another 2 hours and with the help of hotels.com customer service, someone arrived. So definetelly, the security needs to be improved in this hostel. Everything else is good, rooms are basic but comfortable. I stayed in double room and it has mosquito net and fan, the bed is very spacious and comfortable. "
