"The doors are on the outside. The grounds were clean, room clean, bed mattress clean and comfortable, tv , dispensers of hand soap, body lotion, shampoo and body wash. Toilet had a seat cover saying it was sanitized. Closet with nice wooden hangers, outlets and reading lights next to each bed. Heater worked nicely. Free parking which is rare in San Francisco. We would stay again "

"My stay served my purpose. However, I didn't get my coffee packs replaced. I like coffee daily and did not have a fresh package after the room was remade daily. That's it. Otherwise, room was clean, it was a quiet atmosphere. bed was a little hard, but all was ok."

"area didn’t feel safe at first, but it ended up not being too bad. the room was really small, but comfortable enough. no fridge or microwave. the floor seemed a little dirty but I just wore socks the whole time. there was a weird dent in the wall above the bed. i was only there to sleep so it was convenient and nice enough. nice staff! "This hotel is very close (only 2 blocks away) to Pier 39 and walkable to many of the spots to see in SF. The rooms with balconies are nice bc they all have a nice view of the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there are options to pay a fee for early check in or late check out. Highly recommend you give this spot a shot! Enjoy! Jonathan"
