"I stayed in the Jamestown commons. It was located a little away from the main building and since it was winter when I came, I had to use my car to get there. It would have been helpful if vending machines were located inside each villa building or floor. The only way to get any kind of snacks was to go to the main building and it was very overpriced. "We stayed 2 nights in January 2025. The hotel is fine except the heating system didn't seem to respond to the thermostat so it was too hot. No breakfast included so that was a negative. Also for dinner there is only one restaurant open and it is more bar than restaurant."

"Great place to stay. Ice machine didn't work on our floor. Had 2 go to 2 other floors to get ice. Microwave on the main floor was small and unclean. For the numerous people waiting they need 2 larger Microwaves and at least disinfectant near by "

"For the price it was fine. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The rooms could use updating. Carpet in the room was stained and outdated. The staff was excellent, very accommodating. The location was great and easy for us to get to the places we wanted to go. "
