"The front desk staff is very well dressed. She was very kind! The lobby was beautiful. Very historical. The carpet in the room needed updating. The room smelled musty, but I bought some baking soda and put in our room and it helped tremendously. The bed was comfortable. Probably the best sleep I have ever gotten in a hotel. The sheets were clean and crisp. The bathroom was nice and clean. There was shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathroom as well as a hair dryer. The phone didn't work and...

"We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. "
