"I like everything about this place Staff was very nice and helpful but the only thing I did not like is the doors to the rooms They are very loud when you enter and leaving They tend to shut very loud Maybe that can be fixed? Overall my stay was good "

"Not much to complain about. We had a nice clean room, warm showers, and comfortable beds. And the staff was great! That is really all I need when I stay in a hotel. That being said, be mindful that they are under renovations, which I didn't know. This is the reason for not given 5 stars all across the board. I was a bit disappointed because the my reason to book this hotal and not others was beacuase of the pool and free breakfast. The pool isn't open (was unaware of renovations). The cook was hospitalized, so we did not have breakfast for two mornings (at no ones fault.)"

"Nice breakfast every morning with a variety of items. Both indoor and outdoor pools were excellent. Rooms were spacious and clean and included a decent size refrigerator and a small microwave. Also liked the big sink area in room and private porch. Close and convenient location between Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Only small thing that affected me during the stay was one of the main elevators was out most of my trip, but I am sure the hotel will get that fixed very soon. Would definitely stay there again on a future visit."
