The day arrived and the weather forecast was awful and nearly stopped our visit however after prompt, helpful communication from Regan we decided to try and brave the travel. "Lovely studio flat in a beautiful part of Wales. Price was cheaper than on the Expedia website and I am very grateful to owner for refunding the difference. Also the address provided by Expedia was incorrect. "

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IT IS CLOSED. After a 20 mile day on a walking trip we turned up to find the place closed. On contacting hotels.com they spent 45 minutes trying to find us alternative accomodation and having failed they hung up and never called us back. Left stranded and getting dark we could only find a place 40 miles away available and had to sort transport to and from ourselves which left us £200 out of pocket let alone a massive inconvenience. Hotels.com have still not called us...

"The room was comfortable but very small. The dining room was very noisy on Saturday evening, being next to the small bar. It needs more soft furnishings to reduce the reverberation from people talking very loudly. Unusual to be given an exact time for breakfast. The signage for which entrance to use to get into the hotel is not obvious when you drive into the car park."

"We had a great 3 days staying at Snowdonia Mountain Lodge. The location is beautiful, perfect for walking and exploring. Ned was really helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The family room was comfortable and had everything we needed, we also had use of the communal lounge and kitchen which was well equipped and we used for breakfast. We’d definitely come back!"
