"we were made welcome straight away by a lovely lady called Jaqui, room was lovely and we took our little dog with us too. lovely food and they even ordered the sunshine for us! Defo we`ll be returning.oh and breakfast staff were fabulous too. you won`t be disappinted coming here.shame I had to work the next day.right on high street perfect!"

"We e were staying for a night before travelling on to another destination. The lady who welcomed us, was very helpul with places to eat and drink, and whats in the area. She was very friendly and couldn't fault the service. There is no food or bar on the premises, but she was able to recommend places. We ate at Dylans and drank in the local pub and enjoyed some Welsh hospitality throughout our stay. There were some lovely walks in the area, and we were blessed with good weather. The parking was free if you aren't on the sea front, and there are plenty of parking spaces even at the weekend. The room was clean and we had a great time visiting this little place with a big heart yet again after over 10 years. Also lots of chances to practice our Welsh language skills"

"Very beautiful hotel"

"Great weekend in Caernarfon. Accidentally booked to stay the weekend of the food festival but we got a call to give us advice on parking and arriving super early to beat the crowds which was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We were in the townhouse round the corner from the pub and the room was lovely, very clean and spacious! The staff were very helpful and welcoming too! Highly recommend!"

"Best way to describe the hotel is an Old hotel with an inefficient design, the staff were amazingly nice and helpful. The Eyri Longue staff included. Its situated perfectly for anyone who is doing Snowdon by foot or train. With the main bus interchange outside giving you access to Bangor and the rest of north Wales. Few things need repairing and modernizing. USB ports in the room being the main one. "

"Lovely hotel, excellent location-3 mins walking from the centre and restaurants! Huge ,free parking! Nice and clean spa included sauna, jacuzzi,steam room and pool ( after certain time is adult only). Staff is amazing:friendly, kind and helpful! "
