"The place was unbelievably noisy. Value for money was good, but there were blood curdling screams at 4 in the morning when people got back in the stairwell. Insanity. "Most plugs in room not working. No remote for TV. If the plugs were working it was only for a certain amount of time. We had 2 rooms, in 1 room shower had very little water pressure and in the other it wasnt working at all. Window in 1 room was broken so could not be closed. No heating in 1 room and the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the duvets werent the best. No locks on bathroom doors"

"Kyle was lovely. We only stayed one night and we aren't breakfast people. We stayed in the room next to reception. It was well decorated and you can tell care has been put into the room. My only comment would be just hope you don't have a bouncy child staying in the room above as you can hear everything. "
