"We stayed here during a major regional wind storm and the staff was absolutely wonderful in accommodating us and the other guests in what was obviously a difficult situation with the weather predicament. I would definitely stay here again. Hotel was very clean."

I should get a refund because I notified the hotel ahead of time that I'd be checking out early, and yet they decided that I don’t deserve a refund. This is not right, and it's my money."
