Hello ,
First, the air conditioner did not work and I was given a small heater.
Secondly, the smell inside the room is damp.
Third, the smell of water
Fourthly, cleaning services only when requested, towels only when requested.
The staff are some of them friendly and great.
What do you need?
First, eliminate the source of moisture.
Secondly, wash the towels and curtains with soap and water.
Third, employee training
Fifth, write policies and rules for each room, including those related to noise and services, and it is preferable that there be more than one language.
Some rooms need maintenance, for example, the light is not working, the air conditioner is not working, and there is a smell in the water tap.
We hope that on our next visit to this hotel, the towels will be changed and most importantly, washed in a fragrant liquid that refreshes the guest and repeats the experience.
I just mentioned my personal experience. But the special thing is the quietness of the place and the beautiful view of the mountains. There is no noise, but these are the defects that I mentioned earlier.
