Hello , First, the air conditioner did not work and I was given a small heater. Secondly, the smell inside the room is damp. Third, the smell of water Fourthly, cleaning services only when requested, towels only when requested. The staff are some of them friendly and great. What do you need? First, eliminate the source of moisture. Secondly, wash the towels and curtains with soap and water. Third, employee training Fifth, write policies and rules for each room, including those related to noise and services, and it is preferable that there be more than one language. Some rooms need maintenance, for example, the light is not working, the air conditioner is not working, and there is a smell in the water tap. We hope that on our next visit to this hotel, the towels will be changed and most importantly, washed in a fragrant liquid that refreshes the guest and repeats the experience. I just mentioned my personal experience. But the special thing is the quietness of the place and the beautiful view of the mountains. There is no noise, but these are the defects that I mentioned earlier.

I was assigned to a room that was soaked with cat urine, to the point that a fairly new laminate floor was delaminating. Also, when I got to the room, the room was 56 degrees F inside and the heater is not big enough to raise the temperature of the room at all. When I asked for another room, the clerk told me the only other room they had had no heat. It was 24 degrees outside so that was a no-go. At this point I looked up and dialed the number for Expedia support - when the clerk recognized that I was talking with Expedia support, she immediately "found" another room. It was clean, heated, quiet and well away from the homeless drug addicts. It is clear this property is being used to house homeless, as there were several clearly homeless people coming in and out of the rooms near mine. As long as this property manager chooses to conduct business like this NOBODY should make a reservation here.

it was really basic, no mini fridge, the door had mold at the bottom beds not comfortable and had to move from one room. said it had a queen , it was a twin base had 5 inches on each side we told the it was not a queen and the next room had a small queen that was not comfortable, the heating system would not work, got hot and could not turn it down. no shampoo and lotions

Trash outside of rooms. Looks like homeless people are living in the rooms. My room had no heat and was chilly inside. Even though ther thermostat was set to76⁰ its cold in WA State and the bed had a tiny blanket and sheets. Should have a bought a comforter but considering the price I paid for 1 night it ahould have been more affordable.

The heater did not shut off. I turned it down to 64° and it would stop running. I turned it off, started to get cold. Turned on the heater and went to bed. Woke up drenched in sweat and the room was 86°.

I will never stay at this property again. It was disgusting. The bathroom had mold everywhere inside the shower and on the shower, curtain railing, the shower was leaking the whole time, there is no heater in the room or air conditioning, there was such a strong smell from an ozone machine that it made it impossible to sleep without having the window open the whole night. The walls are paper, thin, and you could hear everything. The neighbors were doing on either side of the room.

shower had pubic hair in it from previous people that stayed in the room. Water never stopped dripping in the shower beds were nicely made with hair on them front desk. Staff was really nice. Location was quiet. Nice area to rest your head for the night.

Room was dirty and the shower stall was so small you couldn’t even move. Water pressure was so low it may not have even been running. Bed was terrible no decent bedding . Outlets didn’t work, place was noisy . No housekeeping service at all. I can wasn’t sure expecting the Ritz but I sure got the most bare bones option they had

Checked in to one room, which had a defective lock. OK, switched to another room. Came back later and someone else is in my room! Front desk has no clue. Then third room not only is a downgrade (booked & paid for a shower tub combo), but the heat doesn’t work, never got above 65 degrees! Had to check out early and lose the non refundable 3rd night. Really poor experience!
