"Very relaxed and chill like your staying at a friends house. Lady who manages it was nice and accomadated my sleeping arrangements.(i am disabled). I don't understand people giving this place bad reviews you get a safe quiet place to sleep for cheap. If you want the bells and whistles I would suggest going to a hotel. My favorite part was being less than half a miles from Casino/Bingo hall. Has functional kitchen if you'd rather eat at home. I befriended the guy i was sharing the room with....

"What a great value. Rob has a wonderful place. Great location for us, as it was close to family. This place is as listed and such a great value. Check in was very simple and Rob made check out very easy. I had a few questions along the way and Rob was quick to respond. We will stay here again. "

"Property was 10 mins from Sea Tac, close to the Tulkwa train station to downtown. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice little spot tucked away at the end of road, very quiet. Beds were comfy, clean and nice place to relax. Everything a person needs for kitchenette. Only a couple minor things bedroom doors have issue opening and closing that makes a lot of unnessary noise for others and no temperature control that we could find. All in all great place to stay! "If you are looking for a great centralized location to visit the Seattle area, this is the place for you. We used it to make day trips to Seattle, hike the mountains, and visit the National Parks in the area. The property is in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, and we never felt unsafe, even when arriving home late at night. Check in on the first day was a breeze, and we found the entire property to be very clean. All kitchen appliances and laundry are state of the art, and worked as needed. We...

"I went to the address where my night's stay was to be and found no such place. The address took me to a park. Hotels evidently did confirm the property was a real establishment and changed me almost $100 dollars for nothing. I can't trust this service in the future."

"I’ve stayed here 5 times and will continue for a year or so. Affordable accommodation in relation to the size of the rooms. Sometimes there’s unnecessary noise from other guests but it’s a small complaint "

"My group really enjoyed our stay at Cheryl's lakefront property. This location really can't be beat! You are treated to breathtaking views of the lake around every corner in the house. The proximity to Seattle was also nice, as it was only a short 15-20 minute Uber ride to get downtown. Cheryl was also super responsive and attentive. Can't say enough good things about our stay!"
