"It was convenient for parking your car and catching the light rail. Although it is noisy at night"

"Way overpriced for someones basement that they couldn't even be bothered to remove spiderwebs from. Parking was an issue from the moment we arrived, as they requested we have assigned parking that was already taken by their friend. Was told to contact them immediately if this happens and spent 30 minutes waiting for a reply. The pictures on the website are advertising a better place than what was seen. Request no noise from tenents visiting but expect loud noises from the house above."

"Property was 10 mins from Sea Tac, close to the Tulkwa train station to downtown. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice little spot tucked away at the end of road, very quiet. Beds were comfy, clean and nice place to relax. Everything a person needs for kitchenette. Only a couple minor things bedroom doors have issue opening and closing that makes a lot of unnessary noise for others and no temperature control that we could find. All in all great place to stay! "

We used it to make day trips to Seattle, hike the mountains, and visit the National Parks in the area. The property is in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, and we never felt unsafe, even when arriving home late at night. "This place was like a home, it had a stove and a big refrigirator which is not something we can at hotel. We are even thinking about coming back again. My wife and I were very pleased with the hotel. "
