"Very friendly and accommodating breakfast could be better"

"Good location. Great staff. Clean rooms. It’s a little outdated and needs upgrades and improvements but I hear that’s the plan with the new owners that just bought the hotel. On the weekends it’s kind of a party hotel. Lot of young ppl and noisy at all hours. Not terrible but I could see it being a problem for a family or older customers. I’d recommend it for the price, location, and staff. "

"Hotel was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. Hot breakfast was served everyday. Great view of the city. The only bad thing was their system was down when I arrived. It made checking in a bit more cumbersome than it should have been.I needed staff to open my room for me. No wifi, and I had an important Zoom meeting that evening. It made for a stressful few hours, but everything was working normally in time for my meeting. The front desk was professional through it all. I'm sure they were stressed...

"Not comfort with surrounding activities of property. Street people with signs begging for food right outside front street to. Building. Across street at intersection street people begging again. So disheartening, not sure what else out there either."

"The room was amazing and I loved that they had Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. They also give you complementary razors and tooth brushes if you forgot yours. They have you covered here. Definitely will be staying here again and other properties of Holiday Inn. "

"Price was good and the overall look of things was nice, but the mattress was old, the bathroom light switch was placed over the sink. The "breakfast" was nutrigrain bars, small muffins, and hot water to make instant coffee, hot chocolate, and oatmeal. Not much of a breakfast. Based on the clientele I saw around the property, it must be a very affordable place to stay long term."

"Positives: A nice, decent place. Clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was fine. Convenient location. Negatives: loud Fan in the A/C; bath drain was slow- why are most hotel drains so slow? And now exhaust fan in bathroom made it a steam bath. Nice accommodations for the price. "
