"Lovely little hotel tucked away but in a great location for exploring Nice especially the Old Town and only 10 mins walk to the train station to travel along the coast to Antibes or Monaco at a very reasonable price. Staff were very warm and friendly but still professional. The Hug coffee shop next door is a little gem with great coffee and cake as well as offering a delicious ‘petit dejeuner’ and the bonus is you get a discount as a hotel resident and again lovely friendly service. "

It's also near to the transportation station and main station that can take you to Cann, and other part of Nice Area. "First of all, no staff during check in. Need to use the automachine but my booking also not recognized. Second, the reservation mention it was already paid by gift card but the owner of the hotel just don't accpet this kind of payment from Hotels.com and need to pay all the fee to finish the check-in for booking. Some facility in the room was broken and not fixed. The wall has al hole and also some hole on the roof in the bath room. Very bed experience in this B&B hotel compare to other B&B...

"The rooms are very small ,no elevator is convenient if you staying 2 o 3 nights max. I love the location the customer was on point Salma very helpful answer all my questions, we has the option to sleep we the windows open the last day we put the A/C because of the mosquito, please take a mosquito spray with you or repellent wipes "

"Cool place with great price. No bathroom in the room was a slight inconvenience but was overall a good experience. The bed comforter in my room looked dirty with brown spots. So I didn’t use it. It was worth the price paid. "

"Cute safe place good for a sleep/shower before and after exploring the city. The door is password protected which was nice and there was basically always someone at the desk. Only negatives were the toilets made the halls/rooms smell if they weren’t left closed and that there was always something happening (I understand regular maintenance needs to be done but two of our four days had someone in our room). Probably not always a things just seemed like a lot in such a short span. "
