"The types of rooms are perfect for our family get togethers. The prices were very reasonable, too. Being in Unit 6, the pool building was far enough away that we had to drive to it. Other than that, everything else was great."

"Nice big room. More attention needs to be paid to renos like new windows and I believe there needs to be more done to improve saving water, though I'm not positive if they had low flush toilets and shower and hot water on demand."

"This little garage apt was wonderful for our family of 4. It was about a 10 min drive to north beach and only about a quarter of a mile off of the main road, but it was on an old dirt road with very few other houses and hardly any traffic and a very large front yard. Our friends rented the main house and between all of us, we had 10 kids and 10 adults and we had so much space to run and play and felt very safe. We will definitely be back again! "

"Perfect for our group of 32. Rec room was a huge hit with the kids and for group activities. Kitchen and pantry really well stocked. Loved the multiple kitchens and laundry facilities. Lots of parking and front porch was perfect for sitting. Beds were plentiful and comfy. Our only minor recommendations would be to add window coverings on the back patio door, kitchen and all open sleeping areas, and to add a stock of hangers. "Spent 2 Nights here at this property with family for a weekend get away to Bear Lake. Upon arrival the location and home were away from all the crowds which we were happy with. The part that we did not enjoy was that night one the home had poor ventilation and with 90 degree weather in July we slept uncomfortably even after trying to adjust the thermostat. "This was such a warm, cozy and lived in atmosphere. There were many options of entertainment for all ages. Even my two adult children spent hours playing the arcade games attempting to beat their father, who duh grew up in the 90’s. The hot tub was beautiful and nice and warm. We enjoyed the very open kitchen, dining, living area space with the giant windows and the amazing views. The neighborhood was quiet and very well kept. There was so much extra space that our family of four along with our two four legged members did not need but I could see how this location would be a great place for a large family group to enjoy. "
