"This house was amazing for our family reunion. Every family was able to have their own room and bathroom. There was no fighting or arguing over who got to shower first and there was always enough hot water. The games in the garage were perfect for our teenagers. We will recommend this home to all our friends. "

"We stayed for 2 nights for a family of 5 and had plenty of room. The house was nice and cool when we arrived and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the lock keypad on the front door. The alarm kept going off at 2am. "

"We stayed four nights. There was a lot of amenities that were extra that I didn’t know about when I reserved like a pass that takes you to the ideal beach resort. Communication with the owner was good as we were told that there was a baby gate, and there wasn’t so the owner had me purchased one and paid me back. Do you know that handling the trash is a bit of a distance away from the home and something that you have to plan for"

"The home had every amenity, great location, very clean, and great communication with host. Perfect for a large family or multiple families. The number the place "sleeps" says 17 I think, but that includes comfy couches and double beds with a twin overhead, so keep in mind if you have several couples. There's one king bed though. We were cozy with 15! Loved the deck and fire pit!"

"We loved our stay here. The property was beautiful, well equipped and very clean. Also lovely views of Bear Lake. Ray was prompt at communicating. The grandchildren were so sad to leave and want to stay there again. We would highly recommend this property!"
