This private property is close to town & is very clean. The four bedrooms are setup in different configurations to meet the unique needs of your group. In total 16 people can sleep in beds - in addition to the bed arrangements there are also 4 couches and a full mattress under one of the bunk beds in the basement. Through the properties HOA you have access to a shared pool, hot tub, tennis courts, a large grassy green area & extra parking (for cars/Trailers/boats) - all within walking distance of the townhome. The marina is right across the street which makes onboarding/offboarding a boat very easy. Our kids also like feeding the big fish in front of the marina store at the docks. There is also a 26 mile bike/jogging trail that runs in front of the property which makes exercising or a family stroll very easy and inviting.

The unit is setup as a plug and play to allow you to relax and enjoy your stay. The property features: three levels, unobstructed lake views, fast wireless internet, four smart TV's equipped with Netflix/Amazon Video/ESPN and more, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen (including: cooking and serving ware & utensils, coffee maker, snow cone maker, ice machine, bluetooth stereo, etc.), extra refrigerator in garage, two car garage, two additional parking spaces in driveway, overflow parking area (cars, RV's, Boats, trailers) within walking distance, Charbroil BBQ grill, large laundry room with high efficiency washer/dryer, two decks and a lower patio setup with chairs and picnic tables, trail access for off-road vehicles, shared outdoor pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), hot tub (open year round), luxury bed linens, indoor towels, pack n play, two golf courses within a 15 minute drive, ski resort (Beaver Mountain) within a 20 minute drive, multiple restaurants, eateries, shakeries, horseback riding, ATV & snowmobile rentals, beaches and hiking trails all within minutes from the property.

So fun!
We had a great time in this rental! There was plenty of room and it was close to lots of things to do in Bearlake. The kids loved the pool/hot tub, we fed the fish and played on the tennis courts! Everything was great!

Best view at Bear Lake
The first thing my family said as we opened the door was “mom, you are going to love the view!” This three story condo had plenty of room and excellent accommodations. It’s a great location too, close to town close to the water.

We loved our stay! The house was equipped with everything we needed to make home cooked meals, go sledding, and relax. I plan on trying to come again in the summer to enjoy the additional amenities such as the pool and tennis courts. You really won’t find a better place!

Great location across from the lake with a great view. Plenty of space for large families. Enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. Only issue was no laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent to do the required cleaning.

LOVED IT
Great property. Excellent for larger groups. Love that the home is on multiple levels so all family members could still feel like they had a private space. Loved the view of the lake, close parking for our trailer with kayaks & 4 wheelers. We were thankful for the free access to Netflix and movies as the rain kept us inside more that outside. Lovely visit. Great location, excellent access to Bear Lake on Idaho and Utah sides.

This is an absolutely wonderful location. Super convenient to the marina. The pool is very close. Abundant parking for your boat/RV. The condo has four bedrooms and a ton of beds. Very well-appointed. Portable A/C units in the upstairs bedrooms were great!! Lots of accessories (beach towels, tennis rackets, etc.). I met the owner a few years ago when we stayed next door to this unit. He is a very nice guy. He called me when we checked out to see how everything went, that’s a first for me when traveling. Zero issues, lots of positives.

Nice Condo
We enjoyed our 3-night stay for our extended family reunion. The two showers upstairs do not maintain temperature but instead suddenly switch between ice cold and burning hot, but the downstairs shower was fine. We appreciated the extra fridge in the garage to keep all of our food and beverages cold. The upstairs air conditioning units are so loud that we didn’t run them at night, and the master toilet needs the flapper replaced because the toilet was running constantly. The deck view is gorgeous, and we loved playing games around the huge dining table. The location is so convenient. Overall we had a wonderful time!

We had the best time at Bear Lake and this property couldn't have been any better. 2 car garage and driveway parking made is very easy to park and get stuff out of the car. The view of Bear Lake from the balcony and kitchen and bedrooms were amazing. Super clean and has everything from beach towels to shampoo and conditioner to laundry detergent. Maybe all places have these but this being our 1st time renting through VRBO we weren't sure what to expect. We'll definitely be back and bring a ton of friends with us. 3 levels with tons of room. It really was home away from home. We enjoyed watching Netflix at night and running to nearby grocery store and restaurants after playing tennis and pickleball down the street. Wish we stayed longer. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Great Venue
This property was clean and well stocked with everything you might might need. Beautiful view of the lake! We stayed there because we planned to spend our time at the Lake but it rained most of one of our days. The property had enough activities like pickle ball courts, hot tub, and swimming pools that our teenagers were busy and happy between rain storms. Only drawback might be if you are there with several family groups of 12 and over there are only 4 bedrooms so different families had to mix. If you have smaller children it might not be a problem for you. Lots of additional bedding available so we were able to work it out. We would stay there again for sure.

Long Weekend of Family Fun!
We gathered with our kids, their spouses and our little grandson for fun on the Lake. The property was ideal with lots of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and the view of the lake was amazing! Location was close to the marina and within easy walking distance to a grocery store, souvenir shops and several venders of delicious shakes. We took advantage of the pool, spa and tennis courts. We all had a greqt time!.
