"We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"We were looking for a place near the beratan temple. This was just right in front of it. The staff were nice, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. It has nice views of the lake. The rooftop even has nicer views. The welcome drink (ginger tea with brown sugar) was delicious. The mie goreng and nasi goreng for breakfast was also delicious. We enjoyed our stay. "

"A really beautiful stay in nature, on the lake and surrounded by the mountains— every morning we wake up to breathtaking natural sights! We opted for glamping so it was a new experience. Unfortunately the stay wasnt as peaceful as we hoped— the establishment is unfortunately in between two campsites with campers who made a lot of noise singing karaoke till late in the night (past 11pm) and blasted loud music early morning (when we woke up 7plus am for breakfast). "Perfect place to get out of loud cities in Bali and explore a totally different climate and view. I was astonished by the mountains right behind the rooms. Staff were accommodating and helpful. A bit secluded if you got no transport, but I enjoyed the quiet and serenity."

"My husband and I loved it! The bungalows are beautiful and clean. The staff are generous and kind. The food is delicious and can be made to your specifications. The owner is friendly and enjoys giving tours and showing Bali to customers! We are grateful we had the opportunity to stay here. We highly recommend staying here; you will love it! "Lovely property. I don’t understand why people rated this poorly. The water was hot, the utilities worked great. They are a bit older, but it didn’t not bother me. We stayed in the bungalow 1 and it had a great view. We were invited to walk the property and the staff was v friendly "
