"The Sanna Ubud is absolutely magical. From the moment you enter, the serenity washes over you. The rooms are extremely comfortable and beautiful with generous plunge pools that make you feel both luxurious and somehow grounded. The food is delicious, and the care of the staff is absolutely unmatched! Do not miss the spa, even if you just go down to see it. It’s a few miles outside of Ubud proper, but GoJek rides are easy and cheap. We will absolutely be recommending Sanna to everyone who will listen!"

"I gave Swahita an excellent rating because of the wonderful staff like Agus Aria and Putu. Sadly the area next to the hotel is being redeveloped so it has lost the verdant jungle backdrop it used to have, there was some noise due to the construction . However …I ignore this … because…The lovely staff who displayed exceptional service standards, cleaning was very professional and how they approach the guest room… I witnessed a very high standard shown by the way Putu did his job. The walk in from Ubud city Centre is not as pleasant due to lack of walking paths but I chose to be away from the noise so I was happy to walk further. Hope the owner will plant new trees and bamboos to cover the development site next door. Wish to visit Swahita again and stay longer. Hope the standards will be kept. Kudos for hiring the right people and training them well."

"Amazing resort. Really luxurious especially the villa style rooms with private pool. Definitely suited towards romantic getaways versus kids friendly resorts. A must try experience where you get getaway from the busy town centre and have peace and quiet. There also many activities available including yoga sessions however we travelled with our son so didn’t take advantage of it. There is also a kids club area with ball pit, children books. Would come again if staying in Ubud for complete relaxation from stress. 24/7 WhatsApp communication was really convenient. "

"Peaceful Retreat in Ubud – Highly Recommended! I had a lovely stay at Element by Westin Ubud and would definitely return. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It offers great facilities, including a swimming pool, spa, and a well-equipped gym. Although it’s a non-smoking hotel, there are two designated outdoor smoking areas that are thoughtfully placed so as not to disturb other guests—very considerate for both smokers and non-smokers. The staff truly stood out—they were warm, helpful, and always available to assist. Room service was quick and efficient, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room daily. One of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle to and from Ubud center and the Monkey Forest, running every two hours. Just a small note: during peak times or when large groups book the shuttle, it can fill up quickly. It would be helpful if the hotel could offer an extra shuttle in those cases. A nice bonus is the free use of bicycles and electric motorbikes, which makes exploring Ubud even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and varied, though I would have loved to see more cheese options. Still, everything else was fresh and plentiful. The hotel is located in a peaceful area with walkable streets leading to the center. I personally prefer this quiet location over staying in the busy, noisy parts of Ubud. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and a relaxing atmosphere. "
