"I've stayed here many times. It's convenient to most of Williamsburg but tucked away on the bypass which makes it a quiet location. Staff is helpful and friendly and the rooms are adequate for most people."

"Takes a long while to get the water warm in the shower even on the 1st floor and for handicap accessible rooms the ones with showers should have a shower seat available but it doesn't"

"We stayed 2 nights in January 2025. The hotel is fine except the heating system didn't seem to respond to the thermostat so it was too hot. No breakfast included so that was a negative. Also for dinner there is only one restaurant open and it is more bar than restaurant."

"I stayed in the Jamestown commons. It was located a little away from the main building and since it was winter when I came, I had to use my car to get there. It would have been helpful if vending machines were located inside each villa building or floor. The only way to get any kind of snacks was to go to the main building and it was very overpriced.
