"Great room, helpful staff WHEN they were available. Front desk closes at 6:30. I had told them beforehand that I would arrive around 7. My boat into town was half an hour late. I got a message on Whatsapp at 6:57 that the desk would close at 7. I arrived about 7:30 and someone did come back to check me in.
