No other hotel we have ever stayed at has EVER been so courteous, especially during a time when so many people are looking for a place to stay due to the recent Northeast Tennessee Flooding. "My hat goes off to the area for doing the best they can do do too the effects from a massive hurricane weeks prior. So there wasn't as many businesses open do to being flooded out. Room was clean and staff was great. We'd stay again. "
