"We stayed for 3 days, it was generally nice and the location is excellent. The bathroom was not ideal, just 2 toilets that were very small and the smell was overpowering. We stayed in a room of 4 pods, and the first night was very quiet and easy to fall asleep as people were being considerate of each other but on the second night the people renting the pod below were very noisy and arrived just before 2am. "Not sure why people didn't like this place. I actually enjoyed it. It's in a shopping mall, and the checkin is automated, but what's wrong with that? The process worked, and there's someone on the intercom if there are any problems.
