"The hotel is not honest about its promises. I received an email encouraging me to check in online a day early, which promised a "welcome in style." "This was basic - and I knew that. This was my first time here and so didn't know what to expect. I had room 25 - ensuite toilet that had a shower literally in it. Who cares because the water was HOT and housekeeping changed your sheets every day. My room looked over the side alley with a good window that blocked sound.
