"The bed was extremely comfortable and was the best part of the room. The amenities were nice and the room was as depicted in the photos. The welcome was pleasant but cooled somewhat once they realised we’d booked through Hotels.com. We were told we wouldn’t get breakfast because of it. That’s fine but perhaps phrase it as “so that’s room only tonight” instead. Noise carries throughout. "This is my first stay at this hotel and it won't be my last! In fact I booked an extra night. I received a very warm welcome from Craig and was allocated a vety spacious room with a seaview. After a very sttessful journey I was able to immediately relax"
